Building design with our firm or one of your choice including grading and site plan.
Plan review with Johnson County is a three step process.
First, the staff of the County has been very helpful directing the building design and its features to prepare it for the the Second step the Aubry Township planning board. The third step if all is going well so far your building plans will be presented to the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners, a good group of individuals that can see the benefits of locating small businesses in a planned park instead of sprinkling them all over the country side.
